$25 – Provides Diapers for Families in Need Diapers are one of the most requested essentials we distribute. Families in our programs—especially those in our home visiting program or facing unexpected hardship—often arrive needing basic supplies to get through the week. Your gift helps us keep diapers on hand so when a parent reaches out or walks through our doors, we can respond immediately. Something as simple as a pack of diapers can bring real relief and dignity to a family navigating a difficult moment. |
$50 – Sponsors Transportation for Family Programming
Transportation is one of the biggest barriers families face when trying to access support. Many of the parents we serve rely on public transit, long bus rides, or limited transportation options to get around the city. Your gift helps cover rides so families can attend literacy nights, parenting programs, and community events at A House in Austin. Because of supporters like you, families who want to participate don’t have to miss out simply because they couldn’t get there.

$100 – Supports Emergency Needs for Families
When families are in crisis, the needs are often immediate and unexpected. Your gift allows us to respond quickly when a parent needs groceries, safe transportation, essential supplies, or even temporary hotel support during a moment of instability. This flexible fund helps us step in right away—offering practical help and reassurance to families when they need it most. |
$250 – Provides Two Weeks of Meals for Families in Our Programs
Meals are a central part of our programs at A House in Austin. Each week, both our parent programs and children’s programs share a meal during programming. Parents gather together in their space to connect, learn, and build community, while children enjoy a meal in their own program environment. Your gift helps cover two full weeks of meals, creating a welcoming space where families can slow down, eat together, and feel cared for while participating in the programs that support their growth.
